Studio Pilates

STUDIO Pilates is a personalised class with no more than 5 clients. Designed to improve your POSTURE, promote BODY AWARENESS, build STRENGTH, and create STABILITY, joint CONTROL and CORE CONNECTION.
Your “STUDIO” class will be tailored to suit your bodies individual requirements. Using a combination of Trap table, Reformer, Wunda Chair, and small equipment “STUDIO” is a creative class that can cater for ALL goals, ALL levels, and ALL conditions.
Sport specific training. Pre and post Op. Disc injuries. Pregnancy. Elderly. Soft tissue injury prevention and/or rehab. Disabilities and much more.

New clients must complete a ‘Private Pilates’ class before beginning Studio Pilates at SMAPS. Bookings are essential.
