Private Mat Pilates for Pre & Postnatal

MAX 1 client per class Mat-based exercises using small apparatus.

This PRIVATE MAT PILATES class has been specifically designed for pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Build strength and balance throughout your pregnancy while you prepare your body for labour.  Rehab post pregnancy with a focus on pelvic stability, posture correction, pelvic floor recovery and abdominal repair.

We can help you build confidence in your body as you move through your trimesters, birth and beyond.
