Whether it’s restoring function following an injury, post-surgery, pregnancy or increasing athletic performance our Private Pilates class is the PERFECT START to your Pilates journey. Work one-on-one with your very own instructor as they create a class specific for you!

PRIVATE CLASSES CAN BE SHARED WITH YOUR BESTIE – SIMPLY SPLIT THE BILL
Please note: All clients who plan on joining a Studio Pilates class must first attend a Private Pilates session. We also recommend all clients with chronic pain, injuries or currently pregnant to attend a Private Pilates class. Shared private classes must be booked directly with our studio, not online.
