CALLING ALL BUSY MUMS! Escape the stresses of daily life and looking after the kids and fall in love with taking care of yourself…even if it’s just for one hour a week! We know how hard it is to find “baby-free” time so we offer Mums & Bubs specific classes. Our Mums & Bubs classes are baby, pram & breastfeeding friendly and our admin team are always on hand to give cuddles and rock prams. There has never been a better time to put yourself first.

All our Mat classes have a maximum of 10 clients per class, newbies welcome. Bookings are essential.
