Timetable: Barre’ Pilates Classes

A WORKOUT LIKE NO OTHER! Tone, trim, and tighten your BOOTY in a fun, creative work out. A dynamic fusion of Pilates and Ballet Barre work, our classes are broken into sections for a total body work out covering warm-up, cardio, balance, arms, abs, and cool-down.
Be warned: Barre is addictive…drink bottles and towels are a MUST!
