A fitness class like no other! Our unique Barre’ Pilates class is the perfect fusion of Pilates and Ballet Barre’ work.
Join this high intensity, low impact class if you’re looking to tone, trim and tighten your booty in a fun, yet challenging 60 minutes. With a primary focus on the lower body, Barre’ is broken into sections covering warm-up, cardio, balance, arms, abs, and cool-down. Be warned: Barre is addictive!
Regular Barre’ Pilates will:
- Tone your tummy
- Lift your bum
- Sculpt your thighs
- Promote a healthy tall posture
- Create ankle stability
- Strengthen your core connection
In Barre’ Pilates class all clients perform the same series of Barre’ based exercises using our purpose-built sports Barre’ and small equipment.
For hygiene reasons all clients must wear socks. Don’t forget your drink bottle, and a small hand towel.
